The rules for using ShipShield.
By creating an account or using ShipShield, you agree to these terms. ShipShield is operated by Hardik Desai (sole proprietor), India. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ShipShield scans websites for common security problems, such as exposed keys and missing security headers, and explains how to fix them. Results are automated and informational: they may include false positives or miss issues, and are not a guarantee that a site is secure.
We are building domain ownership verification so that deeper checks run only after the site owner proves control. Until then, you are responsible for scanning only what you are entitled to. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Provide accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that scans will find every vulnerability or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, ShipShield and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of scan results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
